Because we have noticed that our customers are increasingly concerned about the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on our deliveries, we inform you about the measures we have taken to protect our employees in the first place, but also to guarantee the continuity of deliveries to our customers as much as possible. In doing so, we apply the guidelines and protocols of the Dutch National Institute for Environmental Hygiene.

Orfa Visser has taken the following measures:

– Our (sales) employees do not visit customers and suppliers and work as much as possible at the office as well as at home.

– We are very reluctant to receive external people. Should you wish to visit us, please contact us by telephone first, so that we can make a well-considered decision about the necessity of the possible visit.

– Our employees, who do work at our location in Dronten, keep a maximum distance from each other, whereby the minimum recommended distance of 1.5 metres is amply applied. In addition, we have split up the breaks in order to always leave as few people as possible in a room at the same time, whereby the minimum distance of 1.5 metres is also respected.

– The free time to be taken, which is unfortunately necessary due to a lower workload, is divided over the week. This measure is also aimed at having as small a group of people working at the same time as possible, in order to further reduce the possible risk of infection.

– Employees with (mild) colds stay at home.

– Extra cleaning is carried out, with extra attention being paid to the contact points, in order to avoid contamination via door handles and (light) switches. In addition, all employees wash their hands regularly to protect each other.

We hope to have informed you sufficiently with this writing. In addition, we ask for your understanding should you experience any inconvenience as a result of certain measures. All measures are aimed at enabling us to continue our work as much as possible and to continue to deliver your orders.

Kind regards,

Management Orfa Visser
