Orfa Visser has standard tooling available for the production of cover plates. For cover plates you can choose from different diameters ranging from Ø295 to Ø1960 mm. Orfa Visser makes cover plates in aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
Copper and brass are also available on request. If we do not have available the size you need, we can make tooling for you. For this usually highly specialistic work, we have or own tool-making department and a computerized storage facility, where we keep the tooling belonging to our clients. If required, we can even make cover plates up to a diameter of over two metres for you.

Orfa Visser has standard tooling for the production of Spherical caps. You can choose from different diameters ranging from Ø1100 to Ø2054 mm. Orfa Visser makes hemispheres in aluminium up to 10 mm, steel up to 8 mm and stainless steel up to 6 mm original material thickness. They can also be sanded to K240 or polished, beaded or coated by our partners. If we do not have available the size you need, we can make templates for you. For this usually highly specialistic work, we have our own tool-making department and a computerized storage facility, where we keep the tooling belonging to our clients.
